Refund Policy

There are a few steps you must take if you want to stop using our company's services, Hostinc. If you follow the proper steps and request a refund within the allotted time, we will only reimburse you for the hosting fees.  We shall not be obligated to reimburse you if your request for a refund is submitted beyond the allotted time.

In accordance with the company's terms and conditions, the reimbursement amount will also be given. For first-time customers purchasing web hosting services, we provide a 30-day return policy. For customers of Dedicated Server and VPS, we do not offer refunds.

You must send us a detailed email outlining your services and your reasons for leaving in order to receive a refund. Customers who have been with us in previous years but are already affiliated with them are not eligible for a refund.

This policy only applies to new customers who have never made a purchase from Hostinc. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are purchasing services from us for the second or third time. When your bandwidth was used up in the first month, there is another reason why you won't be eligible for the return policy's benefits. We also reserve the right to reject any refunds.
