We retain backup for your website to protect your website data. We value and priorities your data and its security. We keep track on backups and update your backup on weekly basis. If you request a backup copy for your website you will require to pay Rs. 1000 + GST for hosting.

A client can connect with us anytime anywhere through Live Chat, Phone Call, Tickets etc. we treat all our clients with utmost respect and hope for the same from the client to respect our support executive. Some issues may take longer time to resolve but we try hard to resolve your issue at the earliest. Abusive treatment with support executives may result in terminating your web services. In addition if you generate multiple tickets relating to same issue we will not be resolving it for up to 24 hours as this is considered as unethical behavior.
